Pursuant to Article 80 paragraph 1 of the Foreigners Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia
(Narodne novine) No 130/11, 74/13 and 69/17) the Ministry of the Interior, ZAGREB POLICE
DIRECTORATE decided to issue a

STAY PERMIT
(annual quota)

1. The Stay and Work Permit is hereby issued to the foreigner NAKAR DEBORAH, born on 4th June
1978 in CANDON ILS SR, THE PHILIPPINES, citizen of the REPUBLIC OF PHILIPPINES,
2. The Stay and Work Permit shall be valid from 14th October 2019 to 13th October 2020.

STATEMENT OF REASONS

In the course of the procedure it has been established that the requirements set forth in Article 54
and Article 75 of the Foreigners Act have been met and thus it was decided as stated in the operative
part.
INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RIGHT TO APPEAL:
A complaint may be filed against this decision to the Complaints Commission within 15 days
from the delivery of this decision.
The fee in the amount of HRK 560.00 has been charged according to Tariff No. 9 item 1 of the
Regulation on the Administrative Fees Tariff (Official Gazette No 8/17, 37/17 and 129/17).
