7 When zeroing out a previous estimate to be the template for the next, start with division 2, delete the
8 quantities of each line item, starting with the Qty column, then the blue highlighted box if exists, verifying
each cell does not have a formula, but just project specific data first every time. If there is a formula you
9 want to leave in place that is driven by a quantity lower in the estimate, I but the whole formula in
10 parenthesis and *0 multiply it by zero to clear the value. All totals in the Estimate spreadsheet are Subtotal
commands with the 109 code meaning they will not recognize any values in hidden rows, but I prefer to
clear all values and not to have any hidden rows showing numbers from automatic formula calculations.
