    I, IVY PEARL M. TUNGPALAN, wrote this letter to request for the deferral of my payment for
    supposed to be review course at CRC-ACE for this CPALE October 2019. Things just happened
    inevitably. In line with this, I wanted my review course payment be consumed for CPALE May
    2020.
