Simple present tense is tenses that are used when an event is happening right now or a
recurring event (habitual). These tenses are the most commonly used tenses in English.

Simple Present Tense formula

To form simple present tense sentences, the basic verb is usually used, or Verb 1. Except
for third-person pronouns, use Verb 1 + s / es. As shown in the table below.

(+) S + Verb (1) / Verb dasar / to be (is, am, are) + O

(-)S + Don’t / Doesn’t + Verb (1) + O

(?) Do / Does + S + Verb 1 + O

Present Continuous Tense is a form of tense that refers to actions that are taking place
now or when the conversation is taking place. So the action has already begun, and it hasn't
ended when the conversation took place. This tense can also be used to describe an event that
occurs briefly and or that has occurred in a long period of time.

Formula :

(+) subject + to be (am, is, are) + Verb – ing + object

(-) subject + to be + not + verb – ing + object

(?) to be + subject + verb – ing + object

Simple past tense is a sentence tenses that is used to express events that occurred in the
past and have ended in the past.

Formula :

(+) S + Verb 2 + O

(-)S + did + not + Verb 1 or S + To Be (Was / Were) + not

(?) Did + S + Verb 1 or Was / Were + S

CHAPTER II

DISCUSSION

1. Strength of film

In this film we know how our emotions work and those emotions have an important role in
shaping our personalities

• Have good visuals

• Have a different storyline from the others

2. Weakness of film

• Children may be able to imitate some of the less good scenes such as running away from
home if there is a problem

• The storyline is a bit heavy for children so parents need guidance

CHAPTER III

CLOSING

1.Conclusion

Inside out is a very extraordinary film dedicated to academics in all sciences. In addition, this
film focuses its attention on the science of psychology, which this film can represent from
some of the concepts and theories of psychology as a whole. Made in such a way as a
structured concept from the early days of birth until it grows into Riley who goes into youth.

Inside Out there are various kinds of emotions which of course are very important for one's
life. When we are able to be aware of emotions that are in control, we can control our
emotions. When we are able to control our emotions, then we can have better interpersonal
relationships and will ultimately be able to drive our careers. But when we are not aware of
our own emotions, our emotions will control us. So that eventually we will lose control of our
lives. In the film

Inside out there are several aspects that are illustrated, there are several growths and
developments of a human being starting from psychological and biological development. The
existence of short memories and long memories that are seen that is where the long memories
that a person responds first so that he remembers the events that he has gone through. Then
the existence of short memories is a number of events that occur that are stored in memory
but are not permanent. In terms of interaction, it describes the form of its relationship with the
outside environment so that the interaction shapes a person's personal character

2.sugestion

It is more suitable to be watched by elementary school children and older, because this age
already understands emotions and can define perceived emotions.

The moral of the story in the film Inside Out, my version is that we can better understand the
emotions that are in us. Emotions are not good or bad, all are neutral. Even sadness is useful
for us to be able to empathize with the environment around us.
