I. Objectives
1. Define what adjective is.
2. Identify the adjective in the text.
3. Translate adjectives from L3 into L2.
4. Make an acrostic using appropriate adjectives

III. Procedure

a. Motivation
The class will be group into four.

Teacher presents a poem entitled (pupils follow the instruction)

pupils to sing it in a tune of “I’m a little tea
pot”)
Santa
Two merry blue eyes
A very little nose
A long snowy beard
And cheeks like a rose
A round, chubby man
A big, bulging pack
Horray for old santa
We’re glad he’s back

Each group is assigned to translate the following


words from L3 into L2 and present it to the class
after.

Group 1 – Two, Merry, Blue Group 1 – Dalawa, Masaya, Asul/Bughaw

Group 2 – Little, Long, Snowy Group 2 – Maliit, Mahaba, Maputi

Group 3 – Rose, Round, Chubby Group 3 – Mala Rosas, Bilugan, Mabintog

Group 4 – Big, Bulging, Old Group 4 – Malaki, Maumbok, Matanda

noun or pronoun. It is often before
the noun it describes but sometimes
it is not followed by a noun.
