PROFILE

I am a bright, keen, enthusiastic, determined, committed and hard working individual. I would like to use
my skills set to analyse, suggest state of the art, economical solution of IT for the industry. From my
previous experience in as a Network Administrator, I have developed good organisational, time
management, analytical and communication skills, including solid Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills,
which I feel, are essential to the job.

I have also had Customer Services experience, which I feel has helped further my career by interacting with
a broad range of people, and developed my customer facing skills.

Assistant Operations Officer
 Taking care of all the IT / Management needs of the organisation. This includes looking after the
companies three websites, the network of 4 PC’s, software and hardware problems.
 Deal with all customer related matters from attending the phone and responding to customer
emails and queries over the phone and the Internet thus gaining valuable communication / rapport
skills through meeting a broad spectrum of people.
 One to one relationship with the companies employees / drivers.
 Preparing a daily log sheet for the transfers booked for that day and making the necessary
transaction for the Transfer.
 Ensured Corporate Clients contracts were completed accurately and passed on to the Senior
Manager for further processing. This required attention to detail and time organisation skills.

IT Co-ordinator / Network Administrator
 Worked with CJM in the capacity of a network administrator / IT coordinator, was responsible for
the institutes Network / IT needs, daily tasks included labs management, software and hardware
problems, network related issues, installation of new hardware and software.
 Also was responsible for the tutoring of the IT / computer science students, was the Internal
Examiner for the GCSE O-Level computer subject 7010/01, 7010/02. Tutored 2 batches and have
a success rate of 7/10 A’s for first batch and 9/ 10 A’s for second batch.
 Held regular computer seminars with other institutes and international student offices – The
purpose of these seminars were to update other institutes and students in general about the terms
and techniques necessary for examination focused results.
 Regularly conducted the CJM In-house Software Competition (Systec) thus encouraging students
with their new developments.
 Improved my networking skills and formed bonding relationships with various other international
institutes and organizations in the same field.
 Was personally made responsible for the “DISCOVERY “ denoted by the American Consulate,
also conducted a seminar on the working of the discovery at the CJM Sialkot branch.

Supervisor / Examination Coordinator
 Worked as a Team member / Team lead / Supervisor and then as Exam coordinator for the British
Council Examination Department.
 Coordinated a team of 80 Invigilators / Team Leads in the conduction of GCSE O-Level / A-
Level and ACCA Examinations.
 Acted as a supervisor for the CFA American based Accountancy based examination.

 Worked closely with the Examination Product manager to gather requirements from the customers
and understand their working procedures.
 Attended council meetings and ensured that examination requirements for customers were clearly
defined.
 Complete responsibility for training of Invigilators / Team Leads – gave presentations and
produced training materials for them, was responsible for the entire running of the examination
venue.
 Was responsible for the scheduling of team members / team leads for the exam sessions.

the examination staff of the venue for the smoother running of the examination and the remedies
