4.1.3 4.1.3 Remove and place the company general shoes in the exterior side rack provided in
crossover bench.
4.1.4 Sit on the S.S crossover bench and cross the bench by swinging over.
4.1.5 4.1.5 Wear the laboratory shoes available on interior side of the cross over bench or wear
shoe cover on the company general shoes/foot wear.
4.1.6 Wipe hands with 70%v/v filtered Iso-Propyl Alcohol (IPA) disinfectant solution.
4.1.7 Wear this set of dress code in the media preparation room/ documentation room, incubator room
and autoclave room. .
4.1.9 Remove the laboratory shoes and keep it in the exterior side rack provided in S.S crossover bench.
4.1.11 Perform secondary gowning procedure by wearing sterile garments provided in packet
4.1.12 After sanitizing the hand, wear sterile disposable hand gloves
4.1.13 Sanitize the hand gloves with70 % v/v filtered IPA after wearing
4.1.14 Wear head gloves and again sanitize the hand with70 % v/v filtered IPA.
4.1.15 Wear boiler suit on the apron and sanitize the hand with70 % v/v filtered IPA.
4.2.1 To exit, enter MLT A/L and sit on the S.S crossover bench and cross the bench by swinging over
4.2.3 Remove the booties, boiler suit and then head gear in respective manner.
4.2.4 Remove hand gloves; sanitize the hand with 70 % v/v filtered IPA.
4.2.5 Wear laboratory shoes, kept in the exterior side rack provided in S.S crossover bench and exit from
the MLT A/L.
4.2.6 Enter microbiology laboratory A/L through the media preparation room/ documentation room.
4.2.7 Wipe your hands with 70 % v/v IPA.
4.2.8 Remove the laboratory shoes and keep it in internal side of S.S cross over bench or
remove the shoe cover and place it in dust bin for destruction.
4.2.9 Sit on the S.S crossover bench and cross the bench by swinging over.
4.2.10 Wear the company general shoes / footwear from the exterior side rack provided in S.S
crossover bench and exit from the microbiology laboratory
