people in peace.
• Meditation is essential to feel well and live a Happy Life. ... Meditation can help
us to eliminate negative thoughts, worries, anxiety, all factors that can prevent us
feeling happy.
• It has been proved that the practice of meditation, carried out on a regular basis,
will mitigate the symptoms of stress and anxiety.

REASON TO CHOOSE THE TOPIC:


From the past 60 years India was developing nation only, we have seen a fast growth
in all the sectors of life.


We also know that to continue this rapid pace of growth steady we need educated
people who consistently focus on the growth of the nation & turn this country to a
developed nation from a developing one.

We all know that the surroundings affect the person the most.


The quality of education we provide to our young generations is what do we expect to see
as result from them. If the environment provided to them is healthy then they will
develop as good individuals.

NEED:

 The quality of the professional is directly proportional to the quality of institute from
which he is a product of, so institutes for management studies need to be designed
with utmost care and concentration.

Design the institute, with concepts and techniques suitable to our culture and
development.

OBJECTIVES:

To provide good educational facilities for training men and women for careers
in management and to improve their decision-making skills and administrative
competence of practicing managers.

Ensure appropriate open spaces for interaction and amphitheatres.

To provide more natural ventilation for all the infrastructure.


Provision of landscape in most of the open spaces for healthier wellbeing.

SCOPE:
The scope of the design lies in the site planning and systematic zonal layout of various activities
dreamt by ekagrha which includes meditation centre, residential locks, guest rooms, yoga
center, gardens, shopping center, restaurants, library museum and recreational areas.
