*Dr. Prithipal Singh, Asst. Controller of Patents & Designs, IT Team, who is giving logistics to the Examiners/Controllers to different databases for search and
examination of patent applications and especially the TotalPatent One may visit RGNIIPM, Nagpur during 14.10.2019 to 18.10.2019 to review and further train and share his
expertise with the Examiners in each group for improving the skill of searching in TotalPatent One database.

It is also informed that the nominated faculties shall give utmost priority to report at RGNIIPM as per the schedule to train the examiners and request for exemption from
deputation shall not ordinarily be allowed. Controllers deputed for giving training to the examiners are requested to carry laptop (to be issued from respective offices) for the
purpose of doing their work whenever free as enough computers are not available with RGNIIPM.

HO, RGNIIPM, Nagpur shall invite these faculties and requests the HOs' of the concerned office to depute these officers under intimation to this office.
