With the references cited in above on the eve of 70th Republic Day – 2019, the Following sports
/Games are proposed to be conducted by TRC to the staff working at SDC/TCS/HCL/Wipro/
AT/QA/Electrical @ SDC, O.U. Campus, Hyd.

The following rules and regulations are to be observed while conducting the above games:
Please ensure the permission of the controlling officer to participate in the outdoor games.
1.The Draws/Schedule for all the games will be circulated well in advance. All the players should adhere to the
schedule without fail.
2. In case of absence/delay in reporting to the convener by a player/team, “walk over” will be given to the
opponent player/team. Other Rules and Regulations will be supplied by the respective conveners.
3. If Minimum participants of 8Nos are not available then that event will be cancelled/Merged.
4. All the events will be conducted during lunch hour and after 17:30 Hrs.
5. All the players from SDC/TCS/HCL/Wipro/AT/QA/Electrical are requested to enroll by paying
the requisite entry fee to the Conveners on or before last date of the registration.

Note: As the time available for conducting the said games is very limited, all the players are requested
to cooperate with the conveners please.
