2. What are the technology enablers for the concept of smart city implementation?
“With the help of technology, we have successfully cut down on the time spent
resolving people’s reports from 300 hours to 28 hours on average. We receive roughly
500 reports in a day or 15,000 a month,” he added.

3. How do the above-mentioned apps support the city in attaining its smart city
goals?
There are some apps that help people, such as Trafi for public transportation
information, Jakarta Aman for emergency, Info Pangan Kita for staple goods price
information, and i-Jakarta as a public digital library. For example, Trafi makes people
easy to know the estimated time of arrival and the accurate location of public
transportation. Other app, Jakarta Aman has so many features to help people, such as
Emergency button for something emergency like calling an ambulance, calling the
police and others, other than that, it has report feature for criminal complaints,
important number for something emergency and important, and komunitas aman for
environmental safety.
4. Based on the above examples of smart city implementation, what do you think the
benefits of smart city concept?
Mobile and web applications for the Province area (Agency and Bureau) and the
Administrative City area (Sub- Disctrict, Sub-Agency and Municipality) to be able to
