police and others, other than that, it has report feature for criminal complaints,
important number for something emergency and important, and komunitas aman for
environmental safety.

benefits of smart city concept?

Jakarta smart city still need some improvement. Despite the claims, Jakarta is far from
being the smartest city in the world. A recent study by Singapore-based strategy
consulting firm Eden Strategy Institute ranked Jakarta 47th out of 50 cities for smart
city implementation. We still need to improve the services, still need to socialize this
to some people who still doesn’t know about this, we still need to improve the app to
make it easier to use.
