MUSIC

Are you sad, depressed, or anxious maybe? You will be glad to know that you
can chase all the blues away just by listening to your favourite music. The
rhythm and pitch of music are managed in areas of the brain that deal with
emotions and mood.

It has the ability to heal our soul, change our mind and keep us warm better than
anything surrounds us.

Not only listening music feel better, also playing musical instruments make us
much better. It stimulates both hemisphere of our brain and improves our
problem solving capability. Emotions are limitless to express in words but
music will be the only way to convey our inner and hidden feelings.

Music captivates our mood and our mood plump for the music accordingly. The
hiatus of our heart yearn for a soul to be fulfilled. MUSIC- the masters of
therapist led a way relish.

I’ve found lot of people just listen to music while travelling. Music fuels our
mind when we are in depression or bad mood. At some point we probably find
ourselves, engaging in all sort of work when we can’t get into. Music speaks
when we want to break the silence of us. The essence of memories lives through
music!

The encountered pages of life get charted in the form of music. The obsession
we may have in our lives get rolled in music territory. We feel, we indulge, we
think, we react, we mould, we travel, and we live when music is with us!!
