DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE


of REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONDITIONAL SALE is made and executed into by and between;

SPS. _____, of legal ages, Filipinos, and with residence of Bonuan Gueset,
Dagupan City Pangasinan hereinafter collectively called the
“VENDOR/SELLER”;

-AND-

___, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Tapuac Dagupan City
Pangasinan hereinafter called the “VENDEE/BUYER”;

WITNESSETH;

1. That for and in consideration of the agreed purchase price of EIGHTY


THOUSAND PESOS THOUSAND PESOS (Php 14,500,000.00) of which
the amount of SEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 7,500,000.00) has been paid by the BUYER upon execution of this
instrument and the balance of SEVEN MILLION PESOS (Php 7,000,000.00)
payable within a period of ninety (90) days or until January 08, 2020, from
the execution of this contract the SELLER does by these presents agreed and
bend hereby to sell to the BUYER the one (1) parcel of land under TCT No.
___ more particularly described as follows:

2. That upon payment of the total purchase price above stated, the SELLER
shall execute and deliver to the BUYER a Final DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
conveying the one (1) parcel of land together with all the improvements
existing thereon;

3. That BUYER shall shoulder the expenses and taxes with the Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR), Register of Deeds and City Hall of Dagupan,
Pangasinan;

4. There is an understanding that there is no broker or agent in this transaction;


and

5. In the event of default in payment, the down payment shall be forfeited in


favor of the SELLERS without need of demand.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereto set their hands on October 08,
2019 at Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
