I. RATIONALE OF THE PROJECT:

This Skills Training is primarily a short-term program with competency-based delivery

mode of training that will enhance the specific skills of the target beneficiaries and promote
employment, particularly entrepreneurial, self-employment and service-oriented activities.

II. GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Provide skills and entrepreneurship training to generate employment opportunities to the

targeted poor beneficiaries for poverty alleviation.

III. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The Skills Training program provides FREE skills and entrepreneurship training and
competency assessment to the target beneficiaries/residents of this municipality and will be
given also a training allowance computed at Sixty Pesos (60.00) per training day. The skills
trainings to be implemented are the following:
