“The Art of Questioning”

Prof. Eduardo Teodore B. Ramos, Jr. MAED
Prof. Jet Ramos is a Senior High School Teacher at MFI Polytechnic
Institute, Inc. where he started as a part-time lecturer. He earned his
Bachelor of Secondary Educon major in English degree (honorable
mention) from De La Salle University, Manila and Master of Arts in English
Language Education also from same University. He is also an inspirational
speaker, radio host, learning event entrepreneur and occasional indie
actor. Jet talks about work-life balance for teachers, language education
topics, practical research, and personality development for educators.

Prof. Renato Jose Maria V. Molano
RJ is popularly known by Filipino Educators and Students, as “Ang
Pambansang BAYE (Believer & Advocate of Youth Empowerment)”,
having conducted seminar-workshops to Teachers and Student Leaders in
more than a hundred private and government schools from all the regions of
the country. He is a 7-time Outstanding Teacher Awardee of De La Salle
University, where he is a full-time professor. He is currently the National
Consultant of the Philippine Association of Campus Student Advisers
(PACSA), of which he was its former National President. He is currently a
CPD Trainer of the Philippine Association of Medical Technologists
(PAMET) and training consultant of several DEPED Divisions in Metro

Mr. Jaimer F. Espiritu, MAED
Jaimer is the Chief Executive Officer of the JFE Teacher Training
Services. A member of Toastmasters International Grand Central Chapter.
He graduated with a Degree in BS in Psychology at the Lyceum of the
Philippines, Masters of Arts in Education in School Leadership at De La
Salle University and currently, a candidate for Doctor of Philosophy in
Educational Leadership and Management from the same university, a
former training manager at the Institute of the Internal Auditors in the
Philippines and also a former program coordinator from the Office of the
Associate Vice Chancellor for Academics at De La Salle University,
Manila.
