I am Lovely Fe O. Dacanay, 21 years old, single, Filipino, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in

Criminology with the academic award of Meritorious Citation with a general average of 90.2706 at
University of La Salette, Inc. Santiago City last April 2018. I had passed the Licensure Examination for
Criminologist last June 2018 obtaining a general rating of 82.70. And I am applying for Fire Officer 1.

It has been my desire to be part of the BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION FAMILY and it would be a
realization of my dream to serve the public, to partake in the continued preservation of the highly
esteemed reputation of the Bureau and be of help to my family as well. If given the chance to be a part of
the Bureau of Fire Protection, I would be more than willing to undergo any training that would prepare
me for the job. My pertinent papers and documents are hereinafter attached for further inquiry.
