    Greetings!

    In line with the Christmas Party that will be held on the 21st of December, 2019, I would
    like to request for the approval of the budget for all the expenses that will be incurred on
    the said party. The itemized budget is as follows:

    Food : Php 5,000.00


    Accommodation : Php 2,000.00
    Prizes : Php 4,000.00
    Miscellaneous Expenses : Php 1,000.00
    For a total of Php 12,000.00
