Petrofac (Malaysia-PM304) Limited (PML) is the PSC operator for Cendor Development
Project Block PM304. In this regard, we would like find out your interest to participate in the
forthcoming tender for the above mentioned subject.

As your company is licensed with PETRONAS under SWEC Code: PM1270200:“

MECHANICAL - PIPE FITTINGS - CARBON STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL AND DUPLEX
FITTING & FLANGES” PML hereby invite you in the market survey and screening exercise
to facilitate the upcoming tender exercise.

The brief scope to supply piping materials for Cendor B-17 Back Oil Producer Flowline as
soon as possible estimated delivery within 3 to 5 days.

Please submit your response to this Market Survey Exercise in a format provided.

Please note that this is only a Screening Exercise and shall not be construed as an invitation
to bid. However the result of this survey will be used as the basis of our invitation for the
forthcoming tender.
