A. INTENTION OF THE MEETING

The intention of the meeting is to discuss and finalize the Interior Works and Finishes of Passenger
Elevator Car of “CHANCELLOR HOTEL BORACAY – CLUSTERS 1 AND 2”. It is then the
responsibility of the Contractor and the Owner to clarify all the questions within the preparation
period with regards to the detail and extent of work. After award, it is deemed that the Contractor
have considered everything for the complete performance of the work as per Owner’s intention.

B. TECHNICAL ISSUE

PASSENGER ELEVATOR CAR INTERIOR WORKS

To further finalize the needed requirements for the fabrication of the elevator system of Chancellor
Hotel Boracay, GERI Interior Design and Contracts Department together with KPI Elevators, Inc., the
awarded elevator contractor of CHB, conducted a kick-off meeting to discuss the interior works of the
passenger lift cars. GERI Interior design team first present the approved finishes and look of the
passenger elevator incorporating the actual samples given by the elevator contractor. Since there were
factors needed to be considered to proceed with the original intention of the design, both party agreed
to divide the standard and customize part of the design. Since KPI can provide the
