Introduction
PMI-PBA ® is a professional certification program for Business Analysts,
designed by Project Management Institute.
It covers all the knowledge areas mentioned in the PMI PBA Handbook which
are : Needs assessment, planning, analysis, traceability and monitoring, and
evaluation.
The PMI PBA certification recognized an individuals expertise in business

projects.
