Clinical and Teaching Experience

GANGA HOSPITAL: August 2013 to till date

A tertiary level trauma care center. Three years of experience in Regional and Trauma
anesthesia, Pediatric anesthesia, difficult airway management, managing trauma case that
includes trauma resuscitation and ICU management. As a faculty in teaching post graduate DNB
students and Post doctoral certificate course fellows in regional anesthesia under Dr MGR
Medical University.

Intensive Care Training:

Twelve-bedded adult ICU of PGIMER, Chandigarh provides comprehensive training in critical


care medicine. Six months (4+2) work experience in management of varieties of cases in ICU
which includes, Traumatic Brain Injury, ALI/ARDS, Septic shock, Blunt Trauma Chest, OPC
poisoning, Snake bite, LGBS, Myasthenia Gravis, critically ill postoperative patients and medical
emergencies. We had one month exclusive experience in management of severe tetanus
patients and their rehabilitation also.

THESIS:
“A RANDOMISED TRIAL COMPARING PROPHYLACTIC PHENYLEPHRINE Vs EPHEDRINE
INFUSION DURING SPINAL ANESTHESIA FOR EMERGENCY CESAREAN DELIVERY IN CASES

Pre-registration house officer : 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009

One year of internship in hospital attached to IRT Perundurai Medical College, Tamil Nadu,
India, a 500 bedded hospital. This included structured training program in medicine, surgery,
obstetrics & gynecology, community medicine, pediatrics and basic sciences.
