FARM has referred to our office your past due account pertaining to
various organic fertilizers and farm products purchases.

It has come to our attention that your unsettled purchase amounted

to of TWENTY THOUSDAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX PESOS (P
20, 176.00) exclusive of interests and surcharges.

Attached herewith is a photocopy “KASUNDUAN” marked as

ANNEX “A” and made an integral part hereof.

Despite several demands made to you by our client, however, you

have refused to settle this past due account to date.

In connection therewith, my client through our office is formally serving

you this final demand to settle your aforestated obligation plus 25%
interests, surcharges and legal expenses within THREE (3) days from receipt
hereof.

Otherwise, much to our regret, our client shall have no other choice
but to file his contemplated legal action(s) against you and exercise
whatever rights and remedies under the law to enforce such payment in
order to protect his best interests. On the other hand, our client prefers
that you settle this obligation extra-judicially with our office within the
aforesaid period. Your preferential attention on this matter will be deeply
appreciated. Thank you.
