General Instructions to the Assessor:
It is important to establish a playful and relaxed rapport with the children to be assessed via some simple initial conversation about topics of interest to
the child. The child should perceived the following assessment as a game to be enjoyed rather than a severe situation. The assessor is expected to deal with
the child with a friendly atmosphere in doing the activity.
A verbal consent is required if the child is willing to undergo the process if the verbal consent is not obtained, thank the child and move on to the next
child.
