Based on the records from the office of this station from the month of March 1-31, 2109

we have two (2) cases of ROBBERY and one (1) FRUSTRATED HOMICIDE. On the
records, ROBBERY has a highest rating of commission.

FRUSTRATED HOMICIDE

Date of Commission: March 14, 2019

Suspect: Helor Topia, 42 years old, married, bajaj trike driver a
resident of P1 Lower Timonan , Dumingag, Zamboanga del
Sur.
Victim: Junard Obena, 36 years old, lived-in partner, musk duck
owner and a resident of barangay Darumawang Lala, Lanao
del Norte.
Status of the Case: Dismissed in the Prosecution due to Desistance of the
Complainant.

ROBBERY

Date of Commission: March 18, 2019

Suspect: Jetro V. Osorio 19 years of age, single, student and a
resident of Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur.
Victim: Violeta Llanes Aglubo, 80 years of age, Filipino, widower,
senior citizen with resident and postal address at Lower
Landing, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur.
Status of the Case: Filed Case

Date of Commission: March 22, 2019

Suspect: Jovencio N. Bonglay,legal age, single motor (habal-habal)
driver a resident of Barangay Guitran Dumingag Zamboanga
del Sur.
Victim: Hindulina Abdulla Aming, 22 years of age, single and
microfinace officer of ASA Philippines foundation.
Status of the Case: Filed Case

Countermeasures: Most of the crime committed in this Municipality is Robbery

committed by young ages and Minor ages even in the previous months. With that, this
station conducted Countermeasures to prevent of committing the same by deploying
additional beat guard in areas where prone of by standers wandering specially at night
time at the same time the OIC of this station conducted a discussion to the head of
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and with the Local
Government Unit. We also conducted the Mobile Patrol in all remote areas specially
night time to minimize the possible negative intent of criminals.
