Major points to remember

1. Handling mechanism, to lift and transport the load and volume of choke and kill manifold.
2. Tools for dismantling and assembly
a. Hammering spanners, ring and open ended.
b. Gun hammers, heavy hammers
c. Pipe wrench, impact wrench of varying sizes (12” -32”)
d. Bench vice, Chain vice for clamping and dismantling
e. Thread taps of varying sizes for cleaning thread holes
f. Work table, grease gun and O-ring pins
g. Wire brush, spanners(ring and open ended) and screw drivers of varying sizes
3. Basic welding capabilities required for dismantling stuck bolts and nuts
4. Water washing facility and air supply necessary
5. Grease and other waste disposal to be addressed
6. Pressure testing facilities to be available
7. Flanges and gaskets needed for pressure testing needs to be identified and made ready
8. Studs and nuts required for pressure testing needs to be maintained
9. Painting, punching set and packing methods to be available

1. Inside Micrometer,
2. Vernier caliper of varying ranges
3. Ring and Plug gauges for checking stud and nut
4. Ring groove gauge
5. Drift to be manufactured for varying sizes
6. Dial gauges and its fixture for measuring center
