Experience in Field Instruments and Control Systems procurement activities of issuing inquiry &
purchase requisitions, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review.

per a ISO procedure in Oil wellheads, Gas turbine, Shipping pumps, Compressors, Separators,
Dehydration tanks etc.
Trouble shooting & simulation of field instrument loops & safeguarding / signal distribution control
panel.
Installation and commissioning of Remote Terminal Unit RTU-Model: 1-EX 1000) for well head
monitoring.
Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of vibration monitoring system (Bentley Nevada 3500 and
1965 models) for gas compressors.
Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Interface Level TX for oil/ water separators,
Dehydration tanks etc...
Good experience in trouble shooting of GIS control panel (Hydraulic panel), High integrity pressure
protection system (HIPPS) (Instrument protection function), Choke Valve, Relief valve and Fire & Gas
smoke detector (UV/IR, Open path Detector, Break Glass Unit, Heat detector, smoke detector, Fire
Siren,H2S Detector, Hydrogen Detector & Flame Detector.

Nevada, DCS mapping, RTU polling, Fiber optic slicing, Termination, Optical Time Domain Reflect
meter (OTDR) Test & Power test and Cathodic protection (Pin brazing & Commissioning).
Highlighting & cascading the precaution to the workforce i.e. the work related hazards, control measures
& corrective action to be carried out in the field.
Repairing, Calibrating, Maintaining, Commissioning and Replacement Spare parts for all Field
Instruments Devices & Fisher Valves in (Oil treatment Plant, , Oil Collection Stations, Steam Boiler

Engineering Control System For Gas Wellhead Control panels
Client:

for Oil and Gas production
Description: Based on (Siemens WinCC, Siemens PLC S7-400 H/F redundant).
This was a control system utilizing the S7-400H/F to WinCC SCADA using GPRS Connection and local panel mounted
HMI to operate monitor, control, present, log, and print alarms, events, and trends of recorded process variables. These
are failsafe shutdown systems which have pneumatic/hydraulic/electric components; WHCPs can also be integrated
with PLC/ SCADA. WHCPs are standalone control systems as well as an interface between the plant control and the
wellhead safety system.WHCPs are used for monitoring, controlling (Remote/Local) and safe shutdown of Subsurface
Controlled Safety Valves (SCSSV), Surface Safety Valves (SSV), and other wellhead safety valves (Choke, ESD,
HIPPS) in oil & gas production fields to ensure safe operation of unattended wells/platforms.
My responsibilities:
Programming Siemens S7-CFC, S7-STL for Wellhead control and editing the addressing to WinCC using Vbs and
SQl for reading and writing columns from Database server to WinCC for Visualization.
Designing and implementation Visualization system using Siemens WinCC Scada System
Pre-commissioning and commissioning team member for Siemens PLC.
Main technologies and languages used: Siemens (S7-412 F/FH, WinCC), (Visual Basic For scripting).
