HRD Corp TTT Accreditation Process
1 Obtain the TTT Certificate of completion.
Register as a member in
2 https://trainers.hrdcorp.gov.my/register
/member and apply for accreditation by
assessment.
Submission of accreditation by
assessment will be through TDMS.
3 Trainers who have successfully
completed the assessment will be
awarded the HRD Corp Accredited
Trainer status with a validity of three
(3) years.
The Training Development Unit will email the e-certificate to the email address provided by the participants in their online L1 Evaluation Form.
*Participants are reminded to provide a working email address and contact number for HRD Corp.
i. The accreditation by assessment must be done within 6 months from the date of TTT course completion*
ii. If this is not done, the trainer will not be able to conduct any training under HRD Corp schemes.
iii. The assessment will be carried out online through the Trainer’s Development Management System (TDMS).
Items to be submitted: Video requirements:
i. Link to Video URL* 1. Minimum resolution: 480p resolution
ii. Course Outline (in PDF file) 2. Trainer’s facial expression must be visible and the audio track must be
iii. Lesson Plan (in PDF file) clear.
iv. Presentation Slides (in PDF file) 3. The video must show the trainer in action and includes participation
v. Attendance form / Feedback forms of participants / from the audience.
Acknowledgement letter from Training Provider or Employer 4. The video should include two (2) sessions of the training:
(on company letterhead). a. The opening of Module 1 covering the introduction, ice-breaking
and the beginning of the actual training of (60 to 90 mins.)
b. Another module from the remaining of the same training session
that focuses on actual training of (60 to 90 mins).
5. The video should be saved into an online hosting site (eg. Youtube,
Dropbox, Google Drive etc.). Only the link should be submitted for the
assessment.
