Basically it's about someone that thinks their body is actively and slowly trying to kill them. It comes from my
experience with epilepsy and ingrown toenails believe it or not. I thought about how it's effectively your own body
doing damage to itself, which could lead to death. What if it was doing it deliberately - how scary is that?

It'd basically be someone that becomes convinced they're going to die, that thier body is purposefully trying to rid itself
of them. If they're wrong, they're crazy. If they're right, what can they do? What are the far reaching aspects of that?
You can't escape it. If you do, 'it' wins.

Lots of philosophical angles you could go for. Could be very minimalist or larger in scale depending. Had the idea for a
long time but it'd have to be developed. Would have the introspective paranoia feeling of The Tenant or Repulsion with
a Cronenberg vibe is the closest representation I could give if it'd be realised.
