Vice Chair Effective immediately you are being placed on paid administrative leave
pending the outcome of our investigation of possible misconduct on your part.

witnesses and victims, or School Board members about this matter. Do not
enter any property owned or operated by the School District during the period
of this administrative leave without the consent of Ms. Cynthia Saunders,
Superintendent.

You are further directed to telephone my assistant, Ms. Kelly Collins, (941)
SUPERINTENDENT 708-8770, extension 41259 on a daily basis no later than 8:00 a.m. to report
Cynthia Saunders your whereabouts and to provide up-to-date contact information. If you
cannot reach Ms. Collins, you are required to leave a voice message with your
name, the time and date of your call, and any updated information that needs
to be reported. You are not permitted to leave Manatee County, or the county
of your residence, during your normal duty hours without the permission of
Ms. Saunders or appropriate leave.

Failure to follow the above directives will be considered gross insubordination

and could lead to disciplinary action.
