ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVES:

 To get fresh vegetables and fruits throught the year with the help of Inti Panta
 To develop greenery around the house and on the roof top.
 Getting fresh air by reducing the pollution in the atmosphere
 By reducing the ground heat around the house there by reducing the electricity
consumption.
 Reducing the expenditure on vegetables, fruits and flowers.
 In moving around the plants, thus creating healthy mental condition.

PLAN OF THE PROJECT:

 By discussing with the women of Self Help Groups of the Local area and
creating awareness about the ‘Inti Panta’.
 Discussing with the Guide Teacher about Compost, collecting of seeds and to
get awareness about the pesticides which are used to control pests.
 Creating awareness how to grow Vegetables and fruits in the small space that
is available in their house premises for those who are not having enough space
around their house.
 To explain how to prepare ‘Compost’ by themselves that is required for their
kitchen garden with the help of the waste available in their Kitchen.
 Also explaining how to prepare fluids which are required to kill pests.

METHODS:

 Steeking and Trilleysing
 Growing nurseries
 Cultivation in Trays
 Filling earth mixture in pots
 Compost
 Irrigation
 Garden Tools
FOLLOW UP:

By displaying the results of the Project among the School Teachers and
Students, and explain about how ‘Inti Panta” will show its influence on the Health condition
of people and encourage the habit of growing of “Inti Panta”.

It is requested Government to give support and give incentives for building


society with nutrition food.

Keeping in view of the growing population and increasing utility of


vegetables by following ‘Inti Panta’ we can grow pesticides less vegetables with in the space
available in the premises of the house. In Towns they can grow kitchen gardesn, can grow in
balcanies also on the roof tops. Only 50-200 Sq.Ft. space is enough to grow vegetables
required for the household.

CONFLUSION:

All will take nutritious food and spend healthy life.

By walking between green plants, seeing their welfare and examining them
and talking to them early in the morning we get sufficient exercise and also healthy mental
peace.
