PROGRAM DESIGN FOR CANCER AWARENESS

I. RATIONALE

The Tagum Water District employees of both genders should be exposed to seminars that
would equip them with the knowledge about possible threats to their health.

II. OBJECTIVE

 To acquaint the TWD employees with various types and causes of cancer diseases
 To equip the employees with knowledge about cancer so as to prepare them on
worst case scenarios

III. METHODOLOGY

The aforementioned objectives shall be accomplished through the conduct of seminars

about cancer and a mammogram for the female employees.

IV. TARGET PARTICIPANTS

The Cancer Awareness seminar will be participated by all Tagum Water District employees
while the mammogram is available for all permanent and casual female employees.

The funds for such training will be taken from:

 VII. EXPECTED OUTPUT

After the conduct of the said event, it is then expected that the TWD employees will be
more aware and knowledgeable about cancer and the things to do for prevention or even
upon its detection.

VIII. DATE AND VENUE

The said event will be held at the Tagum Water District vicinity.
