This is a simple method to make money with craigslist and CPA offers, I

used this method some time ago but now I am focusing on doing something

different, but the other day I tried it to see if it still works, so after 5 emails

this happened:

So it still works but like I said I am doing something else and I don’t really

have time to do it, but you can try it, you have nothing to lose and maybe

some cash to earn.

So let’s get down to business.

All you need is a domain name (to redirect the offer) and an email account.

So the first thing I do is go to my CPA network and find a housing offer, on

this one as you can see I used zbuyer.com from Maxbounty, this one is an

offer for people selling their house, you can use an offer from your CPA

network, make sure the offer allows email marketing.

So after you find the offer go to craigslist.org and go to housing section and

click on the real estate for sale

Then when you enter there click on the By-Owner link

Then what I do is look for people selling their house, but I look for the one

saying to email them not for the one that has their phone number in their

ad, I found out that if they have their phone number they don’t want to be

emailed, and I look for a house that is under $250,000.

So after you find the ad copy the email from the top of the page

Then go to a new email address that you have to create just for this, and

paste the email, for the subject I found that just for writing re:craigslist

housing ad people always open those emails for obvious reasons, they want

to sell their house.

So this is when you have to get creative, just write that you are looking at

their ad and you may be able to help them sell their house and if they are

interested, I will show you what I did this last time I did this

Subject: re:craigslist housing ad

Body:

Hello, I am looking at your ad right now. I think I may be able to help you.

As long as I can stay in your price range, would you be interested on an

instant offer for your house? A lot of times, you get an offer higher

of what your asking price is. Let me know if this is something you

might be interested in.

Your name….

I sent that email then I just did the same thing for another 5 times and just

waited for replies. 30 minutes later I checked my email and I had 4 replies

telling me that they were interested that they wanted more info, so I replied

this back

Great!! All you have to do is go to this website www.yoursite.com fill out the

form and you will get an instant offer for you house! But remember, that you

receive an offer it doesn’t mean that is the final offer, good luck and hope to

do business with you!

And that’s it, now just wait a little more time and check your earnings on

your CPA network.

This is a real simple method, I have done this before, just checked on

6/24/13 and is still working, so I don’t see a reason why it won’t work for

you, if you have the time you can implement this all day long, you can do

this in every city that has craigslist, so you can make lots of money with this

and you only have a small investment of the domain name which you will be

redirecting to the offer and that’s it.
