In light of our pleasant conversation on conducting trainings in collaboration with
your prestigious institution we would like to share our theme and objectives of training and the
evolution process viz-a-viz our training session attached as Annexure-A spanning over a time
period of six months. Our ideology for training is based on a concept preparing the students who
are entering a competitive market for jobs. Brushing up their professional skills through
distinctive competence learning highly specialized practical skills in the field of Supply Chain,
Procurement, Contract Management, Project Management and as to how these cogs are
interfaced with each other to achieve optimum efficiency while ruling out with projects with

levels of Project Management.

We would like to suggest segregating our training into three components i.e.
separately for students, middle level management and C-level management so we can impart
training at different tears.
