Safety committee meeting was held in SR.APTM Room on 21.08.2019 where in the following

The meeting started with discussion on near miss accidents and safety bulletin for the month of
APR, 2019 lesson learnt from accidents ref: HSE/HO/180,dt:19.06.2019.
All members were told to motivate employees for participating in suggestion scheme and Reporting
of near miss Incidents.
a) In the meeting action taken/status on the points raised by committee members in the last
Safety Committee Meeting held on 24.07.2019 were discussed.

1 Unsafe Behavior: housekeeping contract unsafe behavior
was noticed, not wearing proper PPEs while working in the
field.
2 Unsafe behavior: It has been observed that many are using
mobile phones at work. Especially at field using mobile
phones is not safe to be avoided.
3 Unsafe behavior: safety harness provided is not effectively
utilized to be improved.
