Activities:

 Summer Camp
 Life skill classes for the children through activities
 Sports Day
 MIME – organized by volunteers
 Children were taken to “KISHKINTHA” for outing
 Street play
 Participated in a cultural program called Vinnaithodu. Won prizes in
drawing and dance
 Dental check-up was organised
 Art and craft classes
 Magic show for the children
 Yoga classes from the Jain community people
 Eco – Park outing
 Besant Nagar beach and temple visit
 Children were taken to the movies and watched the Avengers
 Marina beach outing
 Participated in various sports activities
 Deworming awareness class
 Awareness on Menstruation Hygiene program
 Children were taken to the Zoo
 Attended and participated in Sparsh youth helping heart program and won
overall championship among 60 NGOs
 General health check-up was done for the children
 Sex education classes for the children
 Every weekend spoken English class and computer class was organized
for children.
 Special support was given for the children through tuition classes
Celebrations

 Kamarajar birthday celebrations – participated in speech, recitation,

drawing competitions and won prizes in school level.
 Independence Day celebrations – through patriotic songs and other
cultural events
 Dr. B.R Ambedkar birthday celebrations with drama and speech
competitions
 Ramzan Celebrations – shared values to children
