AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I,___________________________, one of the children of Liberato C. Pesons

married to Fidencia Pino, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of Looc, Mandaue
City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say, that:

I am an illegitimate son of the late spouses Liberato Pesons married to Fidencia

Pino;

As a consequence, I have rights, interest and participation over the property

mentioned below therefore, I register this lien so that I will be protected from future
transactions should my other siblings decides to dispose this property, to wit;

“A parcel of land situated at J.P. Rizal St., Centro, Mandaue City,

Island of Cebu, containing an area of Three Thousand Ninety-
eight (3,098) square meters, more or less… in the name of
Eulogia Pesons et.al…” (A copy is attached as Annex “A”)

Unless an adverse claim is annotated on the aforedescribed Tax Declaration, we

will be in danger of being defrauded and deprive of our rights over the aforedescribed
parcel of land and, as such, we are executing this Affidavit in support of our request for
the annotation of an adverse claim over the parcel of land described herein.
