DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ASSIGNMENT, made and executed on July 26, 2019 by and between:

________________, Filipino, of legal age, with residence and postal address at

______________________ hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR;

- and -

_______________, Filipino, of legal age, with residence and postal address at

__________________________ hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNEE.

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the Assignor owns SIXTY-THREE (63) common shares with par value of ONE
HUNDRED PESOS (P100.00) per share of ________________________, a corporation duly
organized and existing under Philippine laws, with business address at
__________________________________;

WHEREAS, the Assignor has decided to ASSIGN, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the
Assignee her entire shares;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED

PESOS ONLY (P6,300.00), Philippine Currency, the receipt of said amount is hereby
acknowledged, the Assignor do hereby ASSIGN, CONVEY and TRANSFER unto the Assignee her
shares of stock with TECHNOFLUID CORPORATION.

THAT, the Assignee does hereby accept this assignment.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have set their hands this 26th day of July
2019 at Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines.
