AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

1. That this agreement is executed by and between father and son to

wit:

ROMAN C. SANTOS, of legal age, widower, Filipino, with

address at Isabela Proper Barangay, Isabela City, Basilan,
hereinafter referred to as FATHER

and;

ROMAN H. SANTOS Jr., of legal age, married, Filipino, with

address at Isabela Proper Barangay, Isabela City, Basilan hereinafter
referred to as SON.

2. That FATHER owns a lot with a land area of seventy-two (72) square
meters located in Southeast Meadow, San Pablo City, Laguna.

3. That SON, by operation of law as a compulsory heir, expects to

inherit a share from the above-described lot upon the death of
FATHER.

4. In this agreement, FATHER binds himself to pay SON the amount of

___ representing his share of inheritance in the said lot. The said
amount shall be deemed as an advance inheritance.

5. That, upon the death of FATHER, in case the said lot remains to be a
part of the estate of the FATHER, the SON binds himself to NOT
receive his share of inheritance from the aforementioned lot, his
share therein having been received by him in advance as agreed
upon under the next preceding paragraph.
6. This agreement is executed on August 13, 2020 in Isabela City,
Basilan.
