WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND INTEREST

I, AMOR M. BULUS, at legal age, Filipino and residence of B48 L3 Southern Heights 1 Brgy.
Langgam, City of San Pedro, Laguna, after being duly sworn to in accordance with the law,
hereby depose and state that:

1. I am current residence of a certain parcel of land situated B48 L3 Southern Heights 1

Brgy. Langgam, City of San Pedro, Laguna;

2. I am not interested in purchasing the said parcel of land;

3. I am waiving all of my rights, interest and participation over the same in favor of my
daughter, REGINA MARIA M. BULUS, likewise of legal age and with residence at B48 L3
Southern Heights 1 Brgy. Langgam, City of San Pedro, Laguna;

4. REGINA MARIA M. BULUS is willing to assume all obligations with the Home
Development Mutual Fund (HDMF Pag-Ibig) in connection with the above-mentioned parcel of
land.
