    Resume of work: November 4, 2019 to November 6, 2019 (from 7:00pm to 2:00am)

    Completion Date: Turnover will defend on the availability of permanent supply.

    Activity: Installation of Chilled Water Aircon

    PROCEDURE/STEP PROCEDURE implement for the
    HAZARD
    Using of ladder. Slip hazards. Make sure that the ladder
    is not broken.
    Select proper ladder.
    Lifting of Unit Trip or fall of the unit. Make sure that they have
    the right number of
    helper.
    Use proper lifting
    techniques.
    Use of electric like welding Burns and other injuries Keep a fire extinguisher at
    machine. from welding. welding site.
    Use of hand tools. Bodily injury. Follow safety standard for
    operating power hand
    tools.
