Swim Aerobics – A LOW / MODERATE INTENSITY class that uses exercises in the pool to focus on aerobic activity. This class is for swimmers and non
swimmers alike, especially those with orthopedic issues or osteoarthritis. Great for all levels!!
Circuit Training – A MODERATE / HIGH IMPACT class designed to burn fat and build strength. Circuit Training combines choreographed aerobics and strength
resistance exercises to maximize the cardiovascular and strength benefits.
Yin-Yang Yoga – A balanced practice that combines two equally important styles of yoga. The class will begin with active poses to build strength and stamina &
conclude with deep stretches to promote flexibility and relaxation. Appropriate for all levels (variations & modifications will be offered).
ZUMBA® GOLD – This specialty group fitness class is designed to take the exciting Latin & international dance rhythms created in the original ZUMBA program and
bring them to the active adult, beginner participant and other special populations that may need modifications for success.
Core Conditioning – A MODERATE IMPACT class designed to work all the major muscle groups. Activities utilize stability balls and other core training
equipment, in order to aid the body in maintaining balance and stability for the activities of daily living as well as other recreational activities.
Pilates – A LOW / MODERATE IMPACT class designed to minimize stress on the joints while conditioning the core muscles of the body. Pilates uses a systematic
mat based workout engineered to adapt to all skill levels while toning and lengthening the muscle fibers.
Bone Strengthening - This resident led exercise group is open to both men & women who may have osteoporosis/osteopenia or hasn’t exercised for a period of
time. Includes warm up, balance, use of hand & ankle weights, range of motion, and cool down. No floor exercises and no sweat.
Complete Fitness – A LOW IMPACT class that focuses on resistance training to target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body. The class utilizes
dumbbells, resistance bands and more to provide an invigorating full body workout! Don’t miss your chance to lean out and get fit!!
Spin (indoor cycling) - Spinning classes are a great way to get in a vigorous workout -- burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. This HIGH-
