Plans
- deposit RM 50 to Miss Oja to lend college’s 8 tents, lanterns and 20 sleeping bags for the kids
- confirm with Miss Oja about the date to book the tents and lanterns
- collect the tents, lanterns and sleeping bags a week before the camping day
- make purchases at least 2 weeks before the camping day
- download songs for games and song-singing session
- to get permission from the college
- to ask whether 2 kindergarten teachers can help out
- to write the invitations for the parents

- disposable barbecue pit from Shopee
- dry tissues
- plastic forks, spoons ,plates and cups
- wooden satay sticks for marshmallows
- garbage plastic bags
- pizzas (delivery)
- soap for washing hands
- hand sanitizer
- gifts

Estimated Costs
1. marshmallows + instant hot chocolate = RM100
2. disposable barbecue pit from Shopee = RM50
3. dry tissues + plastic utensils + satay sticks + plastics bags + soap + hand sanitizer + gifts =
RM50
4. pizza = (2 regular pizzas = RM30 so will get 8 regular pizzas, each 8 slices, each person get 2
slices) = RM120

Total = RM100 + RM50 + RM50 + RM120 = RM320

Things Students are Expected to Bring

- one set of pyjamas
- toothbrush and toothpaste
- own pillows, blankets and comforter
- towel

On The Camping Day

Saturday
4 - 5 pm
- set up the tents under the surau’s roof
- set up barbecue pit
- set up the game stations
- set up marshmallow sticks
- PBC members get ready
5 - 7 pm
- students arrive
- gather the students in front of the surau
- play fun games with the students - musical chair, charades, nature scavenger hunt, camping
alphabet hunt, pass the water.
- quick gift ceremony
- early dinner (pizza)

7 - 8 pm
- everyone changes into pyjamas wear
- pray
- kids and teachers can get a short rest in the tents
- set up barbecue pit

8 - 10 pm
- let the kids torch their marshmallows
- eat marshmallows and drinking hot chocolate while telling stories
- sing songs with the kids
- let the kids brush their teeth and nap time! (kids will be sleeping in sleeping bags)
- girls sleep in the ladies section of the surau while boys sleepin the men section of the surau

Sunday
- Parents are expected to pick up their children by 8 am
- Clear up the camping site
