1. Calligraphy Writing (Beginner and Advanced level) (M5)
● Parents and students will be invited to write “ 吉 ” or“ 福 ” .
They can bring the writing home.

2. Chinese Lantern Making Workshop (M1)


● Students in charge will teach the participants how to use a red packet to
make a Chinese lantern.

3. Paper Cutting Workshop (Year 7)


● Students in charge will teach the participants how to use red paper to
make a Paper-cutting Art.

4. Dumpling Making Workshop (M2)


● Students or parents in charge will teach the participants how to make
dumplings. The dumpling will be steamed and served. The Ingredients of
dumplings are mushroom and bak choy.

5. Chinese Tea Tasting (M4)


● Parents and students will be invited to try Tieguanyin tea (铁观
音).

6. Make your own Yee Sang (Year 8)


● The Yee Sang will put on the booth table, participants can make their own
yee sang and “lou” Yee sang by themselves.
