Water Bars

Referring to the water bars under item H25 in the BOQ, we will be using Swellseal Mastic or Idrostop
B25 import & distributed by FINCO Ltd. We have submitted our method statement in this regard. We
will use this to seal all horizontal & vertical construction joints, all expansion joints of pond in swimming
pool, construction joints in basement floors & walls.

Hereby we are informing our intention of calming under BOQ item H25 for water bars on linear
measurement method using Swellseal Mastic & Idrostop B25, based on our method statement.
