1 Fabricate the frame work by fixing 50mm x 50 Foreman AE
mm timber members to 15mm thick ply board TO
2 Transport the shuttering formwork to the Foreman AE
location by using mobile crane. TO
3 Fix the shuttering formwork on one side as per Foreman AE
the attached drawing TO
4 Fix the ‘P’ cone on to a timber formwork & Foreman AE
complete fixing form ties one side. TO

5 Join the formwork in one side with nails Foreman AE

7 Using a drill machine make necessary holes to Foreman AE

fix ‘P’ cone on the adjoining side TO
8 Complete the FW with necessary pipe supports Foreman AE
& locking arrangements TO
