Description of Project:

Gulpur dam is a multi-purpose dam located in the Poonch river dam 6 Km long
reservoir is established. It impact specially in Tourism. There is no park for public and
visitors in this region. Hence, it needs to be constructed in view points and park on this new
develop lake area in Kotli District.

The activities in daily life in political and social sector have tremendously increased.
The development Officer, politician personalities and foreign delegate all forces mobility to
the Kotli City has been increased. In audit to fulfill these requirements construction of rest
house is necessary. Due to construction of Power houses / Dams in this region foreign
delegation and govt. officials will face a lot of difficulties in conducting meeting residence
as well as security issues.
After completion of these projects, revenue will generate to state treasury.
