ZGMn13 high manganese cast steel, rolled steel plate wear resistance is very good.

Characteristics and scope of application:

With high tensile strength, ductility, toughness and non-magnetic properties, even if the parts are worn thin, they
can withstand large impact loads without cracking. They can be used to cast a variety of impact-resistant wear
parts, such as ball mill liners, excavation Machine teeth, crushers, etc.

The commonly used heat treatment method is solution treatment, that is, the steel is heated to 1050 to 1100 DEG
C., the heat is removed to eliminate the as-cast microstructure, a single-phase austenite structure is obtained,
and then the water is quenched to maintain the structure at normal temperature. After heat treatment, the
strength, plasticity, and toughness of the steel are greatly improved, so this kind of heat treatment method is
often referred to as water toughness treatment.
