„ CITIC Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd (former Luoyang Mining Machinery Plant ) is one of the 156 key
projects in the First Five-Year Plan of PR China. In 1993, Entire assets was allocated to CITIC
Group and was renamed CITIC Heavy Machinery Company. In January of 2008, it was
renamed CITIC Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd after stockholding system establishment.
„ During the transition course from Chinese planned economy to Chinese market economy, CITIC
HIC suffered great difficulties in the 8 years and faced severe test and challenge from the
market, it became the most extricating enterprise in heavy machinery industries.

„ CITIC HIC Testing and Measuring Center has perfect physical and
chemical measurement, measuring and calibration testing
equipment, China Qualification Access National Authorization
Committee (ILAC and CNAS) authorized the testing and calibration
