The studies convey that the use of a violation recorder and monitoring
system for Colegio De San Gabriel Arcangel is more reliable for managing their
records. This is effective to use in the OSAS to maintain the student discipline
of student and to keep records to make a strong evidence even for the longest

total of violation in an easy way. The proposed system will be useful regarding
the reduction of the existing problem in the OSAS. It will be easier compared to
process will be faster since the operation is real time. These main functions of
the system provide easier handling of records and production of Outputs. The
developed system will allow the OSAS to be more productive and beneficial.
The related Studies that were stated above, is supporting the study
violation and monitoring system should be created. One of the most important
thing that we took from their study is to help innovate the recording and
monitoring of the offenses that students make, and also make it easy for the
OSAS. Managing and keeping the record of the offenses made is essential for
the system.

Performance analysis
4.1 INTRODUCTION
In this chapter the function of the system is analyzed to test the performance
goals of the study. For the Alpha testing done by the system developer,
number of offenses into how many days the student will have to take
community service. It can’t convert the number of offense into days. To fix all
the issues researchers encountered, by adding words into the formula that
can allow to convert the offenses into days by showing both the word and the
actual number.

This section will discuss the results pertaining to the beta testing that has
been done to the system. They said that it is kind of difficult to use at first, but
with time they can be used to using it every day for recording offenses and
manipulate records. They also told that the system itself is constructed nicely
and that it can really save a lot of time during the process. The recording will
be much easier and accurate, it just needs time and repetition to get the hang

This section sought to present the results gathered throughout the system
testing. The system can quickly add the information of the student and pick
which semester the record will be saved. It also highlighted the status of the
student if he is cleared of the violation recorded and how many days he needs
to take a community service, also converts the offenses into days, of course

RECOMMENDATIONS
To all future developers that will enhance the researchers proposed system,
the researchers recommend making the system even more user friendly as
much as possible and try to think a way that can get the process of recording
and manipulating the records of student faster and more accurate than its
already been.
