 Project : Air defense improvement Jaber air base Kuwait .
 Role : civil engineer

 Responsibilities

Ø Assigning the daily work activity to workers (supervisor, foremen ,labors)

Ø Coordination with the main contractor engineer QC department and safety department to complete the
work according to the specification and safe manners.
Ø Arranging the all material tool equipment’s required at work place to complete the work.
Ø Planning the daily work activity as per the instructions of senior engineers and project managers.
Ø Making daily progress report of the project.
Ø Maintaining the labor time sheets.
Ø Assuring all the material required for the working should be available.
 Ø Coordinating with purchase department to ensure the availability of equipment tools material and other

 Duration : June 2016 to December 2019.

 Responsibilities:
Ø Carrying out all post tensioning work of the Bridge Girders. From tendon profiling to the stressing work
of the tendons.
Ø Carrying out all grouting work after stressing tendons.
Ø Ensuring the construction is executed according to drawings & specifications.
Ø Supervising and leading foremen, skilled labor, and work crews in all activities.
Ø Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time.
Ø Conducting the concrete work according to the Drawings & Specifications.
Ø Arranging material inspection before any use. Making sure all the material should be available during the
working time without any delay.
Ø Quantity take-off records of concrete as per Drawings and site measurements.
Ø Arranging Manpower, Material and Equipment required at the site.
Ø Carrying out finishing and repairing work after the post concrete inspection
Ø Receiving the inspection for tendon profile, materials, post concrete casting inspection etc.
Ø Co-ordinate day-to-day inspections with the consultant engineer / inspector & ensure testing's at site for
approvals as per ITPs in line with I.S. codes of practice.
Ø Clear & effective documentation works -Measuring, recording, reporting & document control of all site
activities.
Ø Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports preparation & submissions
Ø Estimating quantities of materials, equipment, and labor to determine project feasibility.
Ø Detailed Knowledge of Construction principles and standards.
Ø Using Techniques & Motivating Manpower to reduce the waste & increase cost efficiency.
Ø Ensuring the workers involved in the work have under gone safety inductions, tool box talks & training as
required for the job and have full PPE.
